Q - How is the data collected?

All our data is collected primarily by sending a questionnaire to a named contact for each of our directories. If we do not receive a reply, reminder questionnaires are sent from which we receive a substantial response. At this stage we ask for additional information, new job titles etc. Companies who fail to return either questionnaire are then contacted by phone. The procedure at this stage is to check the information we currently hold. We obtain other information through substantial telephone research and detailed desk research. The same applies for companies who provide advisory services. This ensures accuracy of the data.
